We are excited to work with you on your upcoming catered event! Please be sure to review our catering policies below.
All orders should be final/approved at least one week prior to the event date.
Any custom menu/item request or themed event will require extra lead time. Lead time will vary depending on the ask, but at least two weeks is a good rule of thumb.
Turnaround time for a standard catering quote is 2 business days. Additional time will be required for custom requests.
Small changes may be accepted up to 3 business days ahead of the event, notwithstanding significant changes (significant headcount increase, change to menu, etc.)
Most locations will have a minimum of one dozen/10 pieces per type of item. The minimum order will vary from site to site and be noted on the catering menu.
Cancellation policy: We will always do everything we can to avoid charging for orders that have been canceled. But we reserve the right to charge the fees below when necessary:
-No charge if the order is canceled one week prior to the event. With the exception of special order items.
-For orders canceled with 4 business days' notice, there is a 25% charge.
-Orders canceled with 3 business days' notice, 50% is charged.
-Full charge for orders canceled within 2 business days' notice or less of the event.
Regular catering service hours are M-F from 8am -3:30pm.
Catering services will be set up outside of event spaces and conference rooms unless otherwise requested, and access times are provided in advance.
Catering services, including set up and clean up, that fall outside of these hours are subject to additional labor fees.
Reusables are provided at all sites that can support.
Compostables are provided upon request and for large events.
